Well tended and extensively updated home in Salmo. Located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the Elementary School and a walkable distance to downtown and the High School. The home has had the walls, floors, windows, kitchen and bathroom updated. Two large bedrooms in the basement as well. Covered deck just outside the back door, and hot tub deck as well in the back yard. Access off the lane, and two storage sheds.

I have listed a new property at 1443 Airport Road in Salmo.
Level lot on Airport Road, 5 minutes outside of Salmo. Good western exposure, nice view, and a shared well and permitted septic system are already in place. Property is located in the Salmo River floodplain, so there are some requirements that need to be met for building.
